Well, here it is, my first blog post!  It's sort of my New Year's resolution I guess :)

I couldn't imagine a better way to start if off than with Jasmine, Remmy, and Tristen! These awesome dogs belong to Nicole and Stefanie who I first met at the Belmont Beach Bash put together by Rovernight Network.  It was a great doggy play date at the beach where I was lucky enough to get some fun shots of Jasmine and Remmy.  Nicole and Stefanie really liked the photos I took of their "kids" so we decided to do a full photo shoot for them last weekend!

We met up at the Wicker Park Dog Park and had amazing weather for being January in Chicago!

After playing in the dog par for a while, we took a little stroll through the rest of the park and got some other cute shots along the way!

Then we headed back to their home to have some fun with their older brother Tristen.  He's not much into dog parks, but he definitely enjoys lounging around the house with his siblings.

One of the pictures Nicole and Stefanie liked most from the Belmont Beach Bash was of the dogs running on the beach.  Their home had a nice long hallway and I thought we could probably get some running shots right there, so I setup a couple speedlights to catch the dogs in action.

We ended up with amazing shots of all three and had a lot of fun in the process!

Needless to say, all of this excitement was tiring!

There was one last place I wanted to get some photos.  The dogs had this really cozy looking bed I thought would make for an excellent way to finish up our session.
